The Origin Story
Artisan Getaways was born from a simple belief: the best travel experiences aren’t found on a booking site, they’re built by someone who knows the difference between a room with a view and the room with than view.
I’m Marilyn, founder of Artisan Getaways and a luxury travel advisor with a background that began in design. I spent years learning how to read a space, what makes it feel considered and what makes it feel alive, from an interiors perspective and then in the places I traveled and fell in love with around the world.
The eye for detail will never abandon. It simply found a new home, in the hotels I recommend, the experiences I curate, and the itineraries I design for clients who expect more than a trip, they expect a transformation.
